WELCOME

Mission:

I want to be a professional electronic music producer/DJ that creates music and shares that music to the world well-knowingly, while simultaneously growing my listeners and fans through new music and live events occasionally around the world.

Metric:

  • Gain at least an average of 50 followers on each social media platform a month (TikTik/Instagram/Soundcloud maybe 25/month)

  • Have an average of 500 listeners on streaming platforms (Soundcloud/Spotify)

  • 3,000 fan engagements throughout ALL streaming/social media platforms/monthly

Product Market Fit (PMF):

  1. Primarily young adult males

  2. Ages 15 - 35

  3. Enjoy bass music, trance, and house music

  4. Living in the US/ events are held

  5. In the EDM/Rave culture

  6. Interactive on Tiktok/Instagram/Soundcloud/Spotify

Content/Strategies: Social Media posts weekly, if not daily (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube). Teasers, demos, songs I’m working on, live sets, monthly playlists, music video/video blog.

Market Budget:  $1,500

Competition: Local Talent producers/DJs, about 3 in mind. Bookers and agents. Marketing. I plan on working with some local artists for future events and collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Post weekly on Social Media, everyday on certain platforms (Snapchat)

  • Continue to release one song a month (SoundCloud, NOT distrokid not public)

  • Post weekly teasers/demos currently working on (instagram stories, TikTok, Youtube shorts)

  • Post monthly sets/playlists (Soundcloud, Twitch, Youtube Live, TikTok Live)

  • Keep in contact with promoters, local artists, networking, and ask around for gigs.

  • Release one song on DistroKid a month

3 Concepts:

Pyramid of Investment and the Pyramid of Engagement

I am going to allow fans to freely donate or purchase merchandise or through streaming, tipping, concertgoers, and fan clubs.

How to be a Star in Your Hometown

I am going to go through the local gate keepers in my local industry through networking.

Sponsorships and Investments

Allowing sponsorships and Investments at live events or music videos can help small businesses and allow us to grow together by helping market each other.

1 Month: Continue my responsibilities as an artist discussed in “Responsibilities.”

3 Month: If my situation does not improve I will ramp up the marketing and focus on strategies to help improve. By then I should have booked a local event.

9 Month: I have bookings for the year and one song is published or signed with a label, if not I will continue to market my music by networking and continuing my relationships in the edm culture in my area.
